Jaya has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Visa, where she enhanced the functionalities of the orchestration platform to pinpoint the cause in case of downtime, helping to minimize downtime by narrowing down the vast subset of errors to a few lines of code that caused the downtime. Jaya holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
